Webtriplet lets you create a "triplet" — a group of three non-competing websites — and display it on your site through an embeddable widget. In return, your website may appear in triplets created by other users, helping you receive referral traffic.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit websites you do not own or have permission to represent
- Include misleading, illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to manipulate traffic, rankings, or widget displays
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
5. Widget embedding and third-party links
The widget displays links to websites selected by you or other users. Webtriplet does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. You are responsible for ensuring the widget complies with your website's own policies and any legal obligations that apply to you.
6. Intellectual property
Webtriplet and its branding, software, and design remain our property. You retain ownership of your website content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your website name, URL, and related metadata within the platform and widget for the purpose of operating the Service.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or guaranteed traffic results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webtriplet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to the Service or other users.
